On March 23rd VascAgeNet Vice-Chair, Dr Elisabetta Bianchini, discussed her experience with “Medical Devices Regulation: basic principles and applications in the vascular ageing field” with the PhD students of the ITN project MeDiTATe (“the Medical Digital Twin for Aneurysm Prevention and Treatment”) whose aim is to deliver a comprehensive framework of simulation and imaging technologies, targeted at industrial and clinical-translation to accelerate the process of personalised cardiovascular medical procedure, validated through an integrated experimental programme to ultimately improve patient care.
